Hi, I'm Sammy! Owner and head coach at SJD Fitness. I launched SJD Fitness with the aim to empower, educate and inspire people of every background, shape and size to feel confident in themselves and reach their fitness goals in a healthy and sustainable way.

1-1 coaching isn't for everybody; if you're looking for something a little less hands-on in terms of guidance and communication then a training programme may be the option for you! SJD Fitness offers 4 goal-specific training programs. Whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced, working out at home or in the gym, there are workouts suitable for you!
